Willie Revillame, just days into his new variety show “Wil to Win,” made a public appeal to his staff, expressing frustration over having to assist many of them in their duties.
On Thursday, July 18, Revillame addressed several errors during the live show. These included a mistake by the disc jockey during the opening segment, the floor director walking in front of the camera, and delays in providing necessary materials for a segment.
Ako lahat ang nananagot,” Revillame said.
Due to the delays, Revillame decided not to continue a segment later in the show and announced a meeting with the staff afterward.
“Diyos ko, aatakihin ako sa inyo dito… Napakaswerte ko ngayong araw na ito. Bukas naka-dextrose ako,” he remarked sarcastically.
“Maawa kayo sa akin. Nahihirapan na ako sa show na ‘to. Ako lahat,” he reiterated.
Previously, Revillame and “Wil to Win” also made headlines when he seemingly took a jab at competing shows, emphasizing the originality of his program.
“Ang importante ang show na ‘to ay original. Inisip ‘to para sa inyo. Hindi ‘to binibili sa ibang bansa,” Revillame commented. His remarks followed the release of ratings showing Dingdong Dantes’ show, “Family Feud,” outperforming “Wil to Win” and “Goin’ Bulilit.”
