Jocelyn currently leads the UAE operations of Prathista Industries Limited, a global biotechnology company dedicated to eco-friendly and sustainable solutions. As a coach, she noticed that many of her clients were asking the same question: Why am I really here? That question became the heartbeat of her book.

In her role at Prathista, she is exploring new sustainable and innovative solutions tailored to the UAE market. With fresh initiatives and partnerships on the horizon, she is focused on driving both growth and meaningful impact.
As a mentor, she is preparing to launch a new program for emerging leaders, especially women, who want to break through self-doubt and step into their authentic power. “Everything I do next is rooted in a single mission: to help people live and lead from their deepest why,” she says.
Through all her achievements, Jocelyn remains grounded in her message: Purpose is not something to chase—it’s something to remember. “Stop searching outside for what can only be found within,” she advises. “Purpose isn’t something we find by accident—it’s something we uncover through self-awareness, courage, and alignment.”
