The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted that temperatures across the UAE will rise to a scorching 48ºC on Monday, May 27. The day is expected to be generally fair with high humidity levels in certain regions.
In the morning, humid conditions may lead to mist formation in some coastal and internal areas. Specifically, Al Ain could see humidity levels reaching up to 80%, while Gasyoura might experience up to 60% humidity.
Temperatures in Abu Dhabi and Dubai are expected to peak at 41ºC and 42ºC, respectively. Additionally, the NCM mentioned that light to moderate winds, occasionally freshening, will blow across the country, potentially causing dust.
Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf will range from slight to moderate, becoming rough at times, particularly towards the west in the afternoon. The Oman Sea will remain slight throughout the day.
