UAE ship with 7,200 tons of aid reaches Egypt for delivery to Gaza

A UAE aid ship loaded with 7,200 tonnes of emergency supplies has reached the Port of Al Arish in Egypt, marking another major step in the country’s efforts to support civilians in Gaza.

The shipment, prepared under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, includes food, medical supplies, and shelter materials. Authorities said the cargo will soon be transported into Gaza to help address what they described as urgent humanitarian needs amid the ongoing crisis.

According to the UAE, the mission is part of a sustained air and sea humanitarian bridge designed to assist the Palestinian population. The latest delivery was organized in coordination with multiple UAE charitable and humanitarian institutions, reflecting a unified national response to the situation.

Officials said the initiative aims to ease widespread shortages inside the Strip and strengthen relief mechanisms for affected families. The UAE emphasized that the operation aligns with its long-standing humanitarian principles and its commitment to supporting vulnerable communities during crises worldwide.
