In an effort to commend and motivate motorists adhering to traffic rules, authorities in Al Ain City, UAE, have rewarded them with free fuel cards. This initiative, driven jointly by the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police and Adnoc Distribution Company, celebrates drivers who showcase exemplary road behavior.
Drivers who received the fuel cards were approached by the Happiness Patrol, a group dedicated to spreading joy and promoting positivity. The main objective of this reward system is not only to celebrate commendable driving habits but also to amplify the message of road safety.
On the other hand, motorists caught violating the traffic rules weren’t left out. They were presented with roses and educational booklets by the Al Ain Traffic Administration. These booklets contain real-life narratives emphasizing the importance of observing traffic laws and the broader mission of ensuring public safety and property preservation.
Colonel Matar Abdullah Al-Mahiri, the Director of the Al Ain Traffic Department, highlighted that recognizing good driving behavior not only ensures safer roads but also acts as an incentive for more drivers to be cautious and considerate on the road.
