Abu Dhabi residents can now challenge and potentially reduce their traffic fines with a new AI-based online service launched by the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD). Announced via Instagram, this round-the-clock service provides a streamlined approach to handling traffic disputes digitally.
To access the service, users can visit www.adjd.gov.ae, navigate to the “Prosecutions” section, and select the option to “Ask to refer traffic violations to court.” Applicants then need to attach their violation report from the Tamm app. If the dispute is deemed valid, they receive an immediate decision, with a link to pay the reduced fine. The verdict is also available online once payment is made.
