Rather than opening with the final crowning moment, the competition’s results came into focus through a different lens: the elemental category that highlighted water advocacy, one of the pageant’s central environmental themes. Among more than 21 delegates from different countries, UAE representative Jenny Casa Dy emerged with the Elemental Queen of Water title at Mrs. Earth International 2025, alongside a separate recognition for Best in National Costume.
Casa Dy, a Filipina and a UAE-licensed influencer, competed under the UAE banner while drawing attention to Filipino identity and environmental concerns throughout the international pageant. The Mrs. Earth platform emphasizes leadership, sustainability, and ecological responsibility, placing advocacy on equal footing with stage presentation.
Her Elemental Queen of Water title aligned with the pageant’s focus on environmental stewardship, particularly the protection and sustainable use of natural resources. Judges assessed candidates not only on presentation but also on their ability to communicate purpose and engage meaningfully with the competition’s advocacy-driven framework.
One of Casa Dy’s most visible moments came during the national costume segment, where she received the Best in National Costume award. Her ensemble was built around a Mother Earth concept inspired by the Philippines’ natural environment. Design elements referenced the country’s landscapes and biodiversity, with visual motifs representing mountains, rice terraces, native flora, and surrounding seas. A glowing Earth crown completed the look, reinforcing the costume’s environmental symbolism.
The costume’s layered design aimed to reflect the relationship between people and nature, presenting the Filipina image as both cultural bearer and environmental guardian. The use of organic shapes, floral detailing, and earth-toned elements was intended to underscore themes of balance and sustainability central to the Mrs. Earth advocacy.
Beyond the visual presentation, Casa Dy’s participation was shaped by months of preparation that extended beyond pageant training. Her campaign emphasized purpose-driven representation, positioning environmental awareness as a responsibility rather than a pageant requirement. Organizers noted her consistency in articulating advocacy goals across interviews, presentations, and on-stage segments.
“This journey is bigger than titles,” Casa Dy said. “It’s about representing where you come from, using your voice with purpose, and standing up for our planet. I am honored to represent the UAE while proudly carrying the Filipino identity on a global stage.”
Her dual recognition placed her among the competition’s standout delegates, particularly in categories that bridged advocacy and cultural representation. The outcome also reflected the increasingly international makeup of global pageants, where representatives often embody multiple identities shaped by migration, professional life, and community involvement.
Casa Dy’s participation highlighted the UAE’s role as a platform for diverse voices, especially among expatriate communities engaged in international advocacy spaces. As a Filipina representing the UAE, her presence underscored how diaspora narratives continue to shape global competitions centered on leadership and social impact.
Outside the pageant circuit, Casa Dy is known for her work as a community advocate and licensed influencer in the UAE. Her professional background informed her approach to the competition, with an emphasis on outreach, education, and collaboration rather than solely performance-based metrics.
Following the competition, her stated focus centers on initiatives related to water sustainability and environmental protection, including partnerships with organizations aligned with conservation and awareness-building efforts.
