Each of the commemorative coins, weighing 28 grams with a nominal value of 25 dirhams, features a unique design. These designs reflect the various contests and activities conducted by the Dubai International Holy Quran Award over the years. The front side of each coin is adorned with colored designs and the name of the Award in both Arabic and English. These include references to significant initiatives like the “Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Mus’haf,” the “Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Center for Quranic Manuscripts,” and several others.
The reverse side of the coins showcases an image of the Dubai Holy Quran Award building, symbolizing the Award’s significant role in the Islamic community.
Notably, these coins are not for sale. They are intended to be distributed to the organising committee of the Award, and will not be available at the headquarters or branches of the CBUAE.
