Organizers describe the planned show as a large-scale production intended to draw audiences beyond the UAE.
Supporters of the initiative are calling on Filipinos and fans across the Gulf Cooperation Council—including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain—to rally behind the campaign, framing the concert as a cross-border cultural event rather than a single-country performance.
