The UAE Ministry of Education (MoE) has launched a new recruitment drive, announcing a range of educational and administrative vacancies aimed at strengthening staffing across the country’s school system.
In a notice posted on its official website, the MoE said the openings are part of its efforts to attract qualified professionals who can help support the development of the education sector and improve learning outcomes.
The available roles cover multiple teaching disciplines, including Arabic, English, mathematics, sciences, kindergarten, and art education. The ministry is also hiring physical education teachers for female positions, as well as digital department managers.
Among the specialised vacancies, the MoE said it is seeking to recruit drama teachers, requiring applicants to hold a bachelor’s degree in acting, directing, theatre, or performing arts.
“Applying for these jobs requires fulfilling a number of conditions, most notably obtaining a bachelor’s degree as a minimum in the required specialisation, having teaching experience of no less than two years, in addition to proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, the Moe indicated.
The ministry added that applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5, while some roles require candidates to be no older than 55.
For English language requirements, the MoE stated that applicants must have a minimum score of 6.5 in the IELTS General test. Candidates must also commit to securing a professional practice licence within two years of being hired.
Interested applicants were advised to apply through the MoE recruitment portal at https://careers.moe.gov.ae/ar/login/, where they can create an account, upload documents, complete their CV and required forms, choose the appropriate vacancy, and submit their application.
