Peter Villegas Rosalita, a Filipino singer based in the UAE, has bagged multiple awards at the prestigious World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) held in Long Beach, California. Rosalita’s outstanding performances earned him several accolades, showcasing his exceptional talent on the global stage.
Rosalita emerged as a Grand Finalist, securing a Gold medal in this highly competitive event. He was also named a Division Champion and excelled in five different styles, winning Gold medals in each. Additionally, Rosalita earned a Silver medal for one style and another Silver for being a Semi-finalist.
In a heartfelt Facebook post, Rosalita expressed his gratitude, saying, “Thank you for your warm wishes and prayers! I am so grateful for those who became a part of another milestone.”
Rosalita first gained international recognition for his participation in the 16th season of “America’s Got Talent” in 2021. His powerful voice and impressive vocal range, particularly for his young age, wowed the judges and audience.
