Two expatriates tragically lost their lives after an old building collapsed on them in the Wilayat of Sur, located in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, Oman.
According to the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA), rescue teams were immediately dispatched to the scene following reports of the collapse. Despite their efforts, the bodies of the two victims, identified as Asian nationals, were recovered from the debris. Both were declared dead at the site.
The incident occurred early in the morning, and authorities continue to investigate the cause of the collapse.
