Wizz Air Abu Dhabi has announced the launch of its new route connecting Abu Dhabi to Chisinau, offering travelers an affordable and convenient travel option three times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. With tickets starting at just AED 309, travelers can book through the airline’s website or the WIZZ app, now available in Arabic.
This move comes as part of Wizz Air’s enhanced Winter schedule, which boasts a 40% increase in flights to popular destinations. The expanded service provides greater flexibility and affordability for passengers, reinforcing the airline’s commitment to ultra-low-cost travel.
Chisinau, the vibrant capital of Moldova, invites visitors to experience its rich cultural heritage, explore historic landmarks like the Stephen the Great Monument, and enjoy its lush green spaces and 23 lakes. Travelers can also immerse themselves in local life at the bustling Piata Centrala market.
Tamara Vallois, Head of Commercial at Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, expressed her excitement about the launch, emphasizing the airline’s dedication to offering value and connecting diverse regions. Nathalie Jongma, VP of Aviation Development at Abu Dhabi Airports, highlighted the milestone of AUH’s rapid growth and continued partnership with Wizz Air.
Passengers can also benefit from WIZZ MultiPass, a subscription service offering significant savings and fixed prices for flights and baggage throughout the year, and WIZZ Flex, which allows for flexible flight changes without fees.
