What is the “study now, pay later” program?
This program allows job seekers to enroll in professional courses with zero upfront tuition fees. Payments are made in easy installments only after securing employment.
Who can apply?
- Currently unemployed and actively seeking a job
- Open to all nationalities
- Must provide proof of job-seeking efforts (e.g., job applications, LinkedIn profile, interview schedules)
- Must have two employed guarantors
Program inclusions
- Full access to Caredant Training Institute’s professional courses
- No upfront tuition fee—enroll and start training immediately
- Flexible repayment plans (three months, six months, or custom options upon approval)
Additional costs
- Books, uniforms, kits, and graduation fees must be paid upfront
How to apply
The program is available to job seekers in Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
Step 1: Apply for the program
- Send a WhatsApp message to +971 54 455 0355 with the message “I’m in!”
- Fill out the application form provided by Caredant Training Institute
Step 2: Submit the required documents
For applicants:
- Copy of passport and visa
- Copy of Emirates ID / Qatar ID / Bahrain ID / Oman ID (if available)
- Proof of job-seeking efforts
- Recent passport-size photo
For Guarantors (Two required):
- Passport and visa copies
- Emirates ID / Qatar ID / Bahrain ID / Oman ID
- Proof of employment (salary certificate, company ID, or employment contract)
- Proof of residency (utility bill, tenancy contract)
- Recent passport-size photo
Step 3: Start training and secure a job
- Once approved, training begins immediately
- Upon securing employment, applicants must update Caredant within seven days and select a payment plan
- After full payment, the original certificate will be issued
Terms and conditions
- Guarantor Requirement: Two employed guarantors are required. They will be responsible for payment if the applicant fails to pay. If payments are overdue for 60 days, guarantors will be contacted for settlement.
- Late Payment Policy: A late fee of AED 100 applies after 30 days of non-payment. If payments remain unpaid for 60 days, legal action may be taken. After three missed payments, a final demand notice will be issued, and if unpaid within 14 days, legal proceedings will begin.
- Blacklist Policy: Students who fail to pay tuition within 90 days will be blacklisted from future enrollments. Records may be shared with partner institutions.
- Privacy and Data Protection: All personal and financial information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by legal proceedings.
