Dubai is set to welcome some of the Philippines’ biggest stars as The Global Filipino Icon Awards 2026 takes place on January 31, 2026, at the Diamond Ballroom, Level 1, Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai.
Among this year’s Special Awardees are celebrated personalities Piolo Pascual, Catriona Gray, Zeinab Harake, Renee Salud, Glenda Dela Cruz, and Ricky Reyes—a powerhouse lineup representing excellence in entertainment, fashion, beauty, and digital influence.
Hosted annually by The Global Filipino Magazine, the prestigious event honors Filipinos who have made a lasting impact on their industries and communities, both locally and abroad. The awards night gathers top achievers from various fields to celebrate Filipino identity, innovation, and leadership on the world stage.
In an earlier announcement, The Global Filipino Magazine confirmed that Zeinab Harake will receive the Empowered Woman of the New Media Generation Award, recognizing her influence on digital platforms and her ability to uplift an entire generation of Filipinos online and beyond. The event’s past editions have recognized icons such as Jessica Soho, Kara David, Michael Cinco, Chef JP Anglo, and Thirdy Ravena.
This 2026 edition promises to be the grandest yet, with world-class production, international media coverage, and appearances by top figures who embody Filipino pride and creativity.
The event will also feature a special opportunity for select honorees to be showcased on one of the five exclusive covers of The Global Filipino Magazine, which will be distributed across the UAE and to its global readership.
