Leading the global rankings were Rasmus Munk of Denmark’s Alchemist, who secured the top spot, followed by Albert Adrià of Enigma in Spain and Eric Vildgaard of Jordnær in Denmark, all recipients of the highest Three Knives (The Best) distinction.

The awards are determined by votes from 348 chefs and 220 experts, including food journalists and gastronomy specialists from 63 nations. Chefs are evaluated on a tiered scale, where One Knife signifies excellence, Two Knives denotes world-class expertise, and Three Knives represents top-tier culinary mastery with 80% or more of the maximum possible points.

The Best Chef Awards aim to celebrate culinary excellence and inspire the next generation of chefs by highlighting global talent and passion.
