Top 20 finalists announced for Dubai’s Got Voices after nearly 200 entries

Nearly 200 aspiring singers from across Dubai submitted their entries between October 28 and October 31, 2025, for Dubai’s Got Voices, an amateur singing competition organized by The Global Filipino Magazine and LuLu Hypermarket.

From this pool of submissions, 20 finalists representing multiple nationalities have been selected to advance to the live grand showdown on November 8, 2025, at LuLu Hypermarket, Al Qusais, Dubai.

The selection was carefully evaluated with the assistance of three distinguished professionals from various creative and community sectors:

Michelle David

Rico Mondejar

Cinta S. Budiarsya

They worked with The Global Filipino Magazine to shortlist participants based on vocal performance, tone quality, musicality, and potential to shine in a live stage setting.

The competition serves as a platform to celebrate diversity and highlight Dubai’s vibrant multicultural talent scene, continuing the initiative’s mission to unite communities through music.

Erratum: An earlier version of this article contained an error in the list of Dubai’s Got Voices finalists. The writer intended to publish the Top 20 finalists, but due to a copy-paste oversight, the Top 33 were mistakenly included. This error has since been acknowledged and corrected.

As reflected in the official event poster, the final list now includes Top 18 finalists, as only 18 of the original Top 20 confirmed their participation in the grand finals. We sincerely apologize for the confusion this may have caused.
