Three expatriates in Dubai have each won Dh100,000 in the latest Mahzooz weekly draw held on Saturday, December 2, 2023.
Sayed, a 28-year-old Pakistani valet driver, was one of the lucky winners. He was watching the live draw with a friend when he saw his raffle ID appear on the screen. Overwhelmed with emotion, Sayed plans to inform his mother of the win and pursue his dream of opening a cafeteria in Pakistan.
Another winner, Chanikarn, a 45-year-old American interior designer originally from Thailand, had recently moved to Dubai in April 2023. She began participating in the Mahzooz draw in August after a friend introduced her to it. Winning the draw felt like a belated birthday gift for her. She intends to spend part of her winnings on a European vacation with her mother.
The third winner, Meenakshisundaram, is a 55-year-old Indian account manager who has been residing in Dubai for 20 years. A long-time participant in Mahzooz, this significant win has come as a joyous surprise. He plans to use the funds for his 25-year-old son’s education and to support charitable causes.
