The dynamic duo behind Talent With Talents Entertainment

From nurturing and molding aspiring young talents to producing some of the most noteworthy names in the industry, Jeffrey Daloso Orgasan, popularly known as Daddy Jheff Felix, and Beth Avendano, lovingly called Mama Beth, have paved a unique path in the entertainment world.

Daddy Jheff recounted his journey that started in 2009 as a Talent Agent for commercials. Over the years, he traversed through various talent agencies, modeling agencies, and production houses.

“My journey began when I entered the industry handling young commercial models,” he explained with The Global Filipino Magazine, emphasizing that his role has grown since, transitioning from drafting contracts to fostering creativity.

“In 2015, a director placed their trust in me to serve as a Casting Coordinator for their film, an official entry to the Cinemalaya festival,” he reminisced, marking a pivotal moment in his career.

On the other hand, Mama Beth’s journey was painted with diverse strokes.

“She began as a dancer and unexpectedly found her knack for acting, which then led her to teach young aspiring actors,” said Daddy Jheff, revealing that it was in 2009 when Mama Beth also ventured into talent management.

Together in 2016, they established “Talent with Talents,” focusing on promoting performing arts among the youth and giving them the right tools and training to chase their dreams.

“Inspiring the youth to unlock and magnify their potential while fostering individuality and creativity,” Daddy Jheff stated, is the heart and soul of their endeavor.

And they have a lot to be proud of.

“We’ve launched young artists into various platforms—from TV to movies and even digital platforms,” Mama Beth added.

For them, the ultimate reward is “witnessing these talents realize their dreams.”

Their bond with these young artists isn’t just professional; it’s deeply personal.

“We treat them as if they were our own children, and they feel the same way about us,” Daddy Jheff warmly expressed.

However, like all journeys, their path was riddled with challenges.

“There were only a few agencies providing workshops when we started,” Daddy Jheff explained.

Ensuring their talents received just compensation and treatment was a daily challenge. Yet, the entertainment industry’s cutthroat nature didn’t deter them.

“We have experienced highs and lows, with some doubting our capabilities,” he said.

Mama Beth interjected, adding that some even mocked them. “But we’re grateful for those who stood by us, like Coach Kevin and Janrenz, who are not just our team but family.”

Their vision is clear. They are driven by the desire to champion artists with a strong sense of children’s rights and values, going beyond the superficial glitz and glam of fame.

“We aim to set a standard of excellence in the talent industry,” Daddy Jheff asserted.

Their shared dream doesn’t end with their current roles. They plan to further their mission of advocating for performing arts among the youth and community.

“We aspire to discover and nurture even more child stars in the future!” Mama Beth enthusiastically shared.

To those facing struggles, whether in love, finances, or finding the right circle, Mama Beth offered a piece of heartfelt advice.

“Prayer is our strongest weapon. Never lose faith, and hold onto your passion and dreams. Surround yourself with people who share your vision.”

In a world that’s often rushing, Daddy Jheff’s mantra, “Slow down but don’t stop,” and Mama Beth’s belief that “Good things come to those who wait,” offer a poignant reminder of the value of patience, persistence, and unwavering passion.
