Ichiryu Ramen House has finally opened its Tako Ichiban House, a specialized food stall offering a rich tapestry of Japanese small bites. Situated within the newly inaugurated global ‘street food’ hub, Flayva, at Al Ghurair Centre, Tako Ichiban House promises an authentic taste of Japan to the UAE.
Famous for being the sole Japanese restaurant in Dubai to feature a solo dining area, Ichiryu Ramen House now ventures into celebrating the iconic street food of Japan, takoyaki. These hot, ball-shaped dumplings, filled with octopus and lavishly topped with sauce, stand at the heart of Tako Ichiban House’s menu. Patrons can look forward to exploring six distinct flavors of takoyaki, ensuring a versatile and engaging dining experience.
Beyond takoyaki, the stall is set to serve a variety of authentic Japanese dishes including Hanbagu (Japanese hamburger steak), Gyūdon (beef bowl), complemented with miso soup, enriching the dining options available at Flayva. Adding a unique twist to the menu, Tako Ichiban House introduces the “Nomimono” set, a novel concept offering a drink with a lid that includes a takoyaki flavor of the customer’s choice.
As part of Flayva’s wide-ranging and vibrant culinary offerings, Tako Ichiban House joins the ranks of international eateries that feature cuisines from Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Lebanon, the Philippines, and beyond. Flayva operates with extended hours on weekends, inviting guests to indulge in global street food delights until midnight on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
