Survey: ACT-CIS among top partylist groups expected to win multiple seats in Congress

Three partylist groups are expected to secure at least three seats in the House of Representatives, based on the first-quarter Tugon ng Masa survey conducted by OCTA Research.

The survey results indicate that ACT-CIS Partylist, 4Ps Partylist, and Duterte Youth could each win up to three seats, using the partylist voting calculation applied in the study.

Meanwhile, several groups are projected to obtain at least two seats, including FPJ Panday Bayanihan, Tingog Sinirangan, Uswag Ilonggo, Galing sa Puso, Ako Bicol, Abang Lingkod, Kababaihan, 4K, Senior Citizens, AGAP, Agimat, Malasakit@Bayanihan, and PPP.

Additionally, the survey suggests that 15 other partylist organizations, such as ABAMIN, 1Rider, Buhay, TGP, Gabriela, Batang Quiapo, Solid North, Angat, Tupad, ABP, ACT Teachers, Ahon Mahirap, Lunas, Kabataan, and Ang Tinig ng Seniors, are likely to gain one seat each.

The survey was conducted nationwide through face-to-face interviews with 1,200 respondents from January 25 to 31, 2025, with a margin of error of plus or minus three percent.
