The series of evening Masses is scheduled to commence on December 15, 2024, and will continue nightly until December 23, 2024, at 8:00 PM.
Simbang Gabi, which translates to “Night Mass,” holds a special place in the hearts of Filipino Catholics. This novena of Masses leading up to Christmas Eve is a time for spiritual preparation, devotion, and community celebration. The event also serves as a vibrant expression of faith for Filipinos living abroad, bridging them to their cultural and religious roots.
This year’s theme, as depicted in the official poster, is “Pasko 2024: Tugon sa Ating Pagsamo; Katuparan ng Kanyang Pangako” (translated as “Christmas 2024: Answer to Our Prayers; Fulfillment of His Promise”).
