Manama, Bahrain— On October 3, 2025, the Southern Bahrain Noble Eagles Club held its First Charter Anniversary celebration in conjunction with its General Assembly at the Ramee Grand Hotel & Spa in Seef. Approximately 60 guests attended the event, which showcased the club’s achievements over its inaugural year and included presentations, fellowship, and the formal convening of members.
A highlight of the event was the presence of Mr. Jess Bryan T. Baguio, Chargé d’Affaires of the Philippine Embassy in Bahrain, who graced the proceedings as a guest of honor. His attendance underscored the club’s support for Filipino community groups in the Kingdom.



During the assembly, the club held elections for its 2026 officers, ushering in a new leadership team to carry forward the organization’s mission. In addition, six new members were formally welcomed into the Southern Bahrain Noble Eagles, reflecting the club’s continued growth and commitment to inclusivity.
Mr. Emmanuel G. Ganayo, the current President, was also elected Chairman of the Board of Directors for 2026. With his ongoing leadership, the club plans to focus on community-centered projects and strengthen its civic and social initiatives.
The oath taking ceremony for the newly elected officers will take place in December 2025. The elected leadership team is as follows: Juanito Victor C. Sabay, President; Adrin D. Potestades, Vice President Jerry D. Martinez and Loreto S. Paragas Jr. as Regional Assemblymen.



The club’s Board of Directors will be chaired by Emmanuel G. Ganayo, with board members including Nathaniel M. Mangline, Bernardo M. Langit, Paul G. Barrios, and Reden A. Deligero.
One of the highlights of the summit was the awarding of the prestigious Gawad Agila to Jerry D. Martinez, in recognition of his dedication and unwavering commitment to the organization. His exemplary service set a high standard of leadership and inspired countless members across the region.
Director Emilio R. Samporna of the Bahrain Noble Region announced that preparations are well underway for the upcoming International Leaders’ Summit, scheduled to be held in Bahrain this December.
The prestigious summit will gather key leaders from across the region and beyond, highlighting the unity, growth, and vision of the Noble Eagles movement.
The Bahrain Noble Region is currently composed of six clubs namely; Bahrain Noble Eagles Club (BNEC). Northern Bahrain Noble Eagles Club (N-BNEC), Muharraq Bahrain Noble Eagles Club, Southern Bahrain Noble Eagles Club (SBNEC), Bahrain Noble Lady Eagles Club (BNLEC) and Hid Bahrain Noble Eagles Club (HBNEC).




The upcoming chartering of the Hid Bahrain Noble Eagles Club also marks a key milestone in the region’s continued expansion and commitment to community leadership.
Director Samporna expressed enthusiasm about the event and emphasized the significance of Bahrain hosting such a major gathering of Noble Eagles leaders. “This summit will be a milestone not only for Bahrain but for the entire organization, as we showcase leadership, camaraderie, and our shared vision for service,” he said.
This anniversary gathering not only addressed organizational matters but also celebrated unity, service, and progress. It reaffirmed the club’s mission of fostering camaraderie, community service, and leadership excellence among its members.
