Maybush Productions has announced that the highly anticipated South Border featuring Kris Lawrence Live in Dubai concert, originally scheduled for August 16, 2025, at Sheikh Rashid Auditorium, has been cancelled and will be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Organizers assured fans that efforts are already underway to confirm a new concert date. “We’re currently working on a new date and can’t wait to welcome you all soon,” they shared in a statement posted online.
In the meantime, ticket holders are given the option to request a refund. Those who purchased through Platinumlist are advised to contact the platform directly, as refund timelines will follow their policies. For tickets booked through Maybush Productions, buyers should reply to the original receipt email to request a refund.
Refund processing times vary:
One-time payments: 24–48 hours from receipt of request
Tabby payments: 3–5 business days
