This year’s event not only encourages residents to engage in 30 days of fitness but also offers participants the opportunity to win a trip for two guests to Dubai, complete with Emirates flights and hotel accommodations.

The popular Dubai Ride and Dubai Run are returning, with the fifth edition of the Dubai Ride taking place on Sunday, November 10, allowing cyclists to traverse iconic spots along Sheikh Zayed Road. The sixth edition of the Dubai Run will take place on Sunday, November 24, inviting thousands of runners to hit the streets.

New activities have been added to the lineup, including the RTA Al Warqa’a Park 30×30 Fitness Village, which focuses on cycling, and the all-new Dubai Municipality Zabeel Park 30×30 Fitness Village. The Zabeel Park village will offer a range of activities for fitness enthusiasts, featuring a spinning zone, running clubs, cricket pitches, a tough mudder obstacle course, and a main stage for events.
