Singer-actress Sharon Cuneta recently celebrated the 19th birthday of her daughter, Mariel Daniella Sophia, fondly known as Miel.
The family kept the celebration simple yet memorable, choosing to dine at Miel’s favorite Japanese restaurant. Miel was also joined by some of her close friends.
Taking to Instagram, Sharon shared a deeply heartfelt message, reminiscing about past memories and expressing immense pride in the young woman her daughter has grown into.
In her touching note, Sharon wrote, “My Dearest Miel, It seems like it was just yesterday when you would yell “Dodo!”… But I am so very proud of the young lady you have become… Thank you for being a good daughter… I will be here for you forever, even if you don’t ever yell ‘Dodo’ again. HAPPY 19th Birthday!!! Always, your loving Mama.”
In addition to her loving message, Sharon also posted a video of the family singing a birthday song for Miel, captioning it, “Happy Birthday, Mariel Daniella Sophia!!! We love you very much!”
