Sharjah has introduced a new initiative called the ‘Sharjah Program for Training and Qualifying Job Seekers,’ which provides a monthly compensation of Dh6,000 for each participant. Approved by Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the program is set to commence on Monday, August 12.
According to a Khaleej Times report, a total of 1,815 citizens across the emirate will benefit from this program, including 500 from the city of Sharjah, 400 each from Khor Fakkan and Kalba, 200 from Dibba Al Hisn, 300 from the central region, and 15 from Al Hamriyah.
The initiative is designed to equip trainees with specialized skills and experience, preparing them for various projects within the emirate.
