The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted a fair to partly cloudy day, with clouds appearing in the eastern regions by afternoon. Light to moderate winds will prevail, occasionally freshening.
Temperatures are expected to soar, reaching up to 47ºC across the country, with highs of 42ºC in Abu Dhabi and 40ºC in Dubai. Meanwhile, the lowest temperatures will be around 27ºC in Abu Dhabi, 30ºC in Dubai, and 22ºC in internal areas.
A fog alert has been issued by the NCM until 8:30 AM today, particularly in and around Abu Dhabi. Consequently, Abu Dhabi Police have advised motorists to exercise caution while driving in foggy conditions.
Humidity levels are expected to rise by night and on Thursday morning, with a chance of mist forming over some coastal areas. Humidity in Abu Dhabi will range from 10 to 90 percent, while in Dubai, it will be between 30 to 80 percent.
Sea conditions will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate at times in the Oman Sea.
