The UAE’s southern and internal parts may experience scattered rain on Tuesday, as forecasted by the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). While the overall weather is expected to remain clear to partly cloudy, nighttime humidity will rise, particularly in coastal and western areas.
Winds will be light to moderate but could reach speeds of up to 50kmph at times, potentially causing blowing dust and reduced visibility. The NCM has also issued warnings of potential heavy rain and thunderstorms in some areas, linked to surface low pressure, lasting until Wednesday.
Temperatures are expected to peak at 40℃ in Abu Dhabi and 39℃ in Dubai, with minimums reaching 20℃ in mountainous regions. Coastal waters will remain calm, with light to moderate waves expected in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
