SB19 member Stell recently addressed persistent questions about his sexuality during an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.” The topic came up when host Boy Abunda asked the group about controversies, including speculations surrounding their sexual orientations.
“Do they think it’s an insult?” Stell responded, emphasizing that he is unbothered by such speculations. “If I were [gay], what’s the problem? We’re all human, we eat, we defecate the same way.”
Stell also acknowledged that fans often engage in “shipping” between SB19 members, but he didn’t expect it to be perceived differently by others. “We can’t avoid it. Sometimes, we wonder why people think like that when for us, it’s just normal friendship,” he added.
Stell is set to appear on the upcoming season of “The Voice Kids” on GMA alongside Billy Crawford, Julie Anne San Jose, and his fellow SB19 member Pablo.
