SB19 and Gloc-9 released the official music video for their collaboration track, “Kalakal” on September 11, 2024. The song, which debuted on August 9, discusses Filipino consumerism and highlights the artists’ journeys of hard work and perseverance.
The music video features Gloc-9 seated on a throne with a megaphone, surrounded by SB19 members, all dressed in streetwear. The backdrop includes graffiti art, street signs labeled “SB19 St.” and “Gloc-9 St.,” with the word “Kalakal” lit up behind them.
“Kalakal” quickly gained popularity, with its choreography challenge going viral, involving fellow P-Pop groups Alamat and Kaia. SB19 recently performed at Billboard Korea’s “Billboard K Power 100” event, where they received the Voices of Asia award alongside BINI.
