A 30-year-old lawyer from Saudi Arabia has struck it rich by winning the $1 million prize in the latest Dubai Duty Free draw. Jawaher Alamoudi, who bought her winning ticket online in December, expressed her gratitude and enthusiasm for the promotion, stating she would continue participating.
The win makes Alamoudi the 13th Saudi national to land the million-dollar prize in the Millennium Millionaire promotion since its inception in 1999.
In related news, the Dubai Duty Free draw also awarded luxurious vehicles to several lucky winners. Anna Muradian, visiting from Moscow, won a Mercedes Benz S500, while Padma Bashyal from Nepal and Mustafa Wali Mohammad, based in the UAE, each won high-end BMW motorbikes. First-time participant Bashyal, a mother and retail worker, shared her joy and disbelief at winning with her inaugural ticket.
Meanwhile, Dubai resident Hadkar Nitin Banaji, a long-time participant in the draw, added a BMW R 1250 GS Adventure motorbike to his list of wins. Banaji, a father and cement company employee, has been a regular in the promotion since 2017.
