In the 16-second clip, Duterte is seen laughing and moving to the beat alongside two other individuals in Halloween costumes. The video, which quickly spread across multiple platforms, drew mixed reactions from netizens.
Several photos matching the footage also circulated online, with many claiming they were taken on October 27. As of Tuesday, the Office of the Vice President has not confirmed the authenticity or source of the materials.
Duterte’s last public appearance was on October 18, when she attended the 90th-anniversary celebration of the Office of the Vice President at the Basilica Minore of Our Lady of Manaoag in Pangasinan.
