The Emerald Palace Group (EPG) has announced the listing of the Dubai’s largest penthouse for a staggering Dh600 million. The Super Penthouse R1, located in the prestigious Raffles The Palm Dubai Residences, is not just another luxury property; it’s a record-breaker.
Spanning a massive 77,707 square feet, the penthouse covers the top three floors and the rooftop of the residence. It boasts eight bedrooms, a grand saloon, a dining room, a vast sitting area, and a private elevator. The central terrace is designed for large gatherings, offering breathtaking views.
This property is not just about space; it’s about luxury amenities. It houses a state-of-the-art gym, a spa with a cryogenic room and hay relaxation room, an outdoor swimming pool, and a unique cigar lounge. Entertainment options include a mini golf course in a meditation garden, an indoor/outdoor cinema lounge, and a basketball court. The residence also features 10 parking lots and a bar with 360-degree views of the Arabian Gulf.
Seran Gheorghe, EPG’s vice-president, sees the listing as a milestone that underscores Dubai’s central role in the global luxury real estate market. This sale, he believes, will further cement Dubai’s position in this sector.
This listing follows the sale of a 5-bedroom Como Residences penthouse in Palm Jumeirah for Dh500 million in November and the listing of the Bugatti Residences’ Sky Mansion Penthouse for Dh750 million in June 2023.
