Ras Al Khaimah has been ranked the fourth-best city in the world for expatriates to live and work, according to the latest report from InterNations. This achievement was announced in their annual Expat City Ranking report.
The survey evaluates cities based on five key categories: Quality of life, ease of settling in, working abroad, personal finance, and an expatriate essentials index. The latter includes factors like digital life, administrative ease, housing, and language. Ras Al Khaimah excelled in all these areas, showcasing its commitment to fostering a welcoming and dynamic environment for its diverse expatriate community.
This international recognition is in line with the strategic vision of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, aiming to create a hospitable and prosperous society.
Heba Fatani, Director-General of Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office, commented on the achievement. She said, “Ras Al Khaimah’s unique blend of modern infrastructure, rich history and culture, spectacular natural environment, and economic opportunities makes it an ideal destination for expatriates. This ranking reflects our commitment to creating a safe and hospitable society that appeals to people globally.”
