Rain and cooler temperatures forecast for UAE next week

The UAE will experience a shift in weather conditions next week, with the National Centre of Meteorology predicting rain and a significant drop in temperatures. From February 22 to 26, an extension of low pressure from the southwest, combined with high pressure from the west and a cold air mass, will lead to cooler conditions, especially along coastal and western areas.

While temperatures will rise over the weekend, they are expected to dip starting Monday, lasting through Wednesday. Light to moderate rain will affect coastal, northern, and eastern regions on Monday evening and Tuesday. Dust from strong winds may also reduce visibility at times.

Additionally, sea conditions will remain light to moderate through the weekend but will become turbulent by Monday, with very rough waters in the Arabian Gulf and moderate turbulence in the Sea of Oman.
