PRC brings mobile services to Riyadh this September for Filipino professionals

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is set to extend its services to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of its Foreign Mobile Services program scheduled from September 10 to 14, 2025.

The initiative, which has already reached Filipinos in countries like Cambodia, the UAE, Australia, Thailand, Japan, and Qatar, aims to make essential PRC transactions more accessible to professionals abroad.

Among the services available in Riyadh are initial registration, renewal and duplication of Professional Identification Cards, applications for licensure exams, authentication of PRC documents, issuance of certificates of good standing, and renewal of ASEAN Chartered Professional Identification Cards. Special permits and CPD compliance certifications will also be processed on-site.

A highlight of the program will be the oath-taking ceremony for new passers, set on September 12, 2025, at the Diplomatic Quarters in Riyadh.

PRC emphasized that this effort is part of its mission to recognize the contribution of OFWs—hailed as the country’s “Bagong Bayani”—by ensuring their professional needs are met even while working overseas.

Interested professionals are required to secure their transactions online through the Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS) at https://online.prc.gov.ph
by selecting “FMS – Riyadh, KSA” as the venue and completing the corresponding payments.

For inquiries, OFWs may reach PRC through riyadh.prc.fms@gmail.com.
