Pokwang’s ex-partner Lee O’Brian packing up after deportation case

Actress and comedienne Pokwang has disclosed that her ex-partner, Lee O’Brian, is currently in the process of packing up his belongings following the successful deportation case she filed against him. Speaking to PEP.ph, Pokwang shared, “Ang alam ko, nagliligpit-ligpit na!” indicating that O’Brian is making arrangements to leave the Philippines.

The move comes after a tumultuous period for the former couple, with Pokwang stating that the deportation is in the best interest of both parties involved. “Para sa kanya, para sa akin din ito,” she remarked. “Para sa kapayapaan naming pareho,” emphasizing the decision was made for their mutual peace of mind.

The backstory of the deportation case began earlier this January when Lee O’Brian filed a motion for voluntary deportation. This was in response to the deportation case Pokwang filed against him in June, which accused O’Brian of working in the Philippines without the necessary permit. The allegations against O’Brian included financial abuse, intimidation, and abandoning their child, Malia.
