The Philippine Embassy in Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), held a townhall meeting on July 20, 2025, aimed at reinforcing support for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach-Jauncy was the event’s special guest, delivering a heartfelt call for OFWs to look after their holistic well-being—not just their economic contributions.
Wurtzbach-Jauncy underscored the need for accessible health and support services, especially for OFWs and migrant workers. She also highlighted her ongoing advocacy, LoveYourself, which partners with the Philippine government to promote comprehensive sexual and mental health services for Filipinos overseas.
