Filipinos living in Ajman, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain are encouraged to take advantage of the upcoming consular mission organized by the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai on May 3, 2025 (Saturday). The outreach will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ajman, starting at 8:00 AM.
The event offers various consular services including passport renewal, civil registration, notarial services, report of marriage, legal capacity to contract marriage (LCCM), and contract verification. Additional services from government agencies such as OWWA, SSS, and PAG-IBIG will also be available. Assistance to nationals and online voting help for registered voters are included as well.
Filipino community members are also invited to attend a Financial Literacy Seminar at 9:30 AM and a Town Hall Meeting at 11:00 AM, both happening at the same venue.

Applicants are advised to prepare digital copies of their passport and Emirates ID, and will receive further instructions by email on the requirements and procedures for their chosen service. Those applying for services from the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) should wait for an email confirmation before proceeding.
The outreach is open to Filipino residents and visa holders of Ajman, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain.
