The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai is calling on the Filipino community to participate in Earth Hour on March 22, 2025, from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM as part of its Kandili sustainability initiative under the Labindalawa campaign.
This year’s theme, “Switch Off and Secure Water for All,” emphasizes the need for water conservation and sustainable living. Filipinos in Dubai are encouraged to turn off non-essential lights for an hour to support global efforts in combating climate change and preserving water resources.
Through the Kandili series, the Consulate continues to promote climate action and responsible consumption. By joining this movement, the community can contribute to a greener and more sustainable future.
