Philippine Consulate General in Dubai to bring consular services to Fujairah this month

The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai will conduct a Consular Mission in the Emirate of Fujairah on March 15, 2025 (Saturday), from 8:00 AM at Al Bahar Hotel and Resort, Fujairah.

This initiative aims to provide vital consular services to Filipinos residing in Fujairah and nearby areas, ensuring they have convenient access to essential documentation and government-related assistance.

Filipinos can avail of various consular and labor-related services, including:

  • Passport Renewal
  • Notarial Services
  • Civil Registration
  • Report of Marriage
  • Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM)
  • Contract Verification
  • OWWA Membership/Renewal
  • SSS Membership
  • PAG-IBIG Fund Assistance
  • Assistance to Nationals
  • Orientation on Online Overseas Voting (for registered voters)

Additional events

In addition to consular services, members of the Filipino community are invited to attend:

  • Financial Literacy Seminar – 10:00 AM
  • Town Hall Meeting – 1:30 PM

Registration and requirements

Filipinos who wish to book an appointment for consular services and attend the seminars must register in advance through this link: forms.gle/JUJyghonLs1a7FJb7.

Applicants are required to upload a copy of their passport and Emirates ID during registration. Upon submission, they will receive email instructions on completing the application process and submitting required forms.

For Migrant Workers Office (MWO) services, including Contract Verification, OWWA Membership, SSS, and PAG-IBIG, applications will be evaluated first, and confirmations will be sent via email.

Who can attend?

The Consular Mission is open to Fujairah visa holders/residents as well as residents of Masafi, Kalba, Khor Kalba, Qidfa, Mirbah, Khorfakkan, and Dibba Al Hisn.

Consular services will start promptly at 8:00 AM.
