The Dubai Member Services Desk will be temporarily closed to walk-in clients from December 18, 2023, to January 5, 2024. During this period, members are encouraged to utilize alternative channels for their service needs.

Email Assistance: Members can reach out to the Pag-IBIG Fund through the provided email addresses: popdubai@pagibigfund.gov.ph for Dubai-based clients and vo_uaeandkuwait@pagibigfund.gov.ph for those in the UAE and Kuwait.
Virtual Pag-IBIG: A comprehensive range of services is available online at www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig. Members can access the portal for various transactions and inquiries.
