Pablo, a member of the popular P-pop group SB19, has joined the panel of coaches for the upcoming season of The Voice Kids Philippines, as announced by GMA Network on Saturday, July 27. The network shared the news along with a photo of the four coaches, promising an epic season filled with incredible talent and unforgettable moments.
Pablo expressed his gratitude for being selected as one of the coaches in an interview with GMA. “I’m happy because I’m at a stage in life where I really want to share my knowledge,” he said. Pablo will join his fellow SB19 member Stell, along with returning coaches Julie Anne San Jose and Billy Crawford, marking his debut as a coach on the show.
This season of The Voice Kids Philippines will be the first under GMA Network. Previously, the singing competition was hosted by ABS-CBN, which acquired the franchise in 2013. ABS-CBN produced ten editions of the show, including regular, teen, and kids versions, before ending its run in May due to the loss of its broadcast franchise in 2020.
Notably, Stell, Julie Anne, and Billy were part of the coaching panel for the first season of The Voice Generations in 2023. They were joined by Chito Miranda, who announced his departure from coaching duties in June to focus on his band, Parokya ni Edgar.
As of now, GMA has not yet announced the premiere date for the new season of The Voice Kids Philippines. The show will be hosted by Dingdong Dantes.
