A three-day outreach bringing government services directly to overseas Filipino workers is set to take place in Juffair as the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration rolls out its Alagang OWWA Wellness, Health and Membership Caravan in Bahrain.
Scheduled from January 29 to 31, 2026, the activity will be held at Oasis Mall and is designed to give OFWs easier, in-person access to welfare services, registration assistance, and information on available benefits without the need to visit multiple offices.
Among the on-site services are the issuance of the OWWA E-Card, as well as membership registration and renewal. OWWA personnel will also conduct information briefings to help workers better understand current programs and how to access support services available to them while working abroad.
The caravan will also feature an E-Card Partners Festival, introducing OFWs to accredited partner establishments where E-Card holders can avail of discounts and privileges. In addition, the event will mark the official launch of the OWWA Cup, an initiative aimed at encouraging unity, wellness, and active participation within the overseas Filipino community.
The Bahrain stop is part of OWWA’s broader effort to deliver services directly to Filipino workers overseas through mobile and community-based platforms.
Pre-registration for the event is available online at https://bahrainecard.owwa.gov.ph/
