Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Saudi Arabia who are active members of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) can now enjoy a special perk at Starbucks. From September 1 to December 31, 2025, OWWA e-Card holders are entitled to a 20% discount on all Frappuccino® beverages across Starbucks KSA stores.
How to avail the discount
According to the partnership guidelines, members must show either their physical OWWA e-Card or the digital version through the official eGovPH app to confirm active membership. To qualify, customers must also have a valid Starbucks Rewards account, which should belong to the same OWWA cardholder.
The discount applies only to in-store purchases and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. It also does not cover delivery orders.
Beyond coffee perks
The OWWA e-Card is more than just a discount pass—it is an official government-issued identification card for OFWs and active OWWA members. It grants faster and easier access to essential services, including:
Quicker processing of Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs)
Welfare assistance for members in distress
Scholarships and training programs for dependents and workers
Reintegration and repatriation programs for returning OFWs
The card also comes with multiple partner discounts. These include a 50% discount on UBE Express (the NAIA shuttle service), 5% off Paramount Insurance packages, and additional savings with select hotels, laundry services, and other partner establishments.
