The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) is offering a unique opportunity for creative minds to contribute to their legacy through the OWWA Logo Making Contest. As OWWA continues to advocate for the welfare and empowerment of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), they call upon artists to encapsulate the spirit of their mission in a fresh and innovative logo design.
Participants are encouraged to retain key elements of OWWA’s current logo while introducing modern and innovative touches. The challenge lies in creating a design that not only honors the organization’s history but also speaks volumes about its dedication to supporting, empowering, and protecting OFWs around the world.
The contest submission deadline is set for February 29, 2024, with exciting prizes lined up for the winners. At the regional level, the grand prize winner will receive PHP 10,000, and five shortlisted entries will be awarded PHP 5,000 each. The national level ups the stakes with a grand prize of PHP 20,000 and PHP 5,000 for each of the five shortlisted entries.
