The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai announced via Facebook that pre-enrollment for online voting through the COMELEC Voting Portal will be open from March 10 to May 7, 2025. The overseas voting period runs from April 13 until May 12, 2025, closing at 7:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.
Overseas Filipinos are encouraged to ensure their participation by completing the pre-enrollment process, emphasizing that every vote counts.
