For the first time, overseas Filipino voters have the opportunity to cast their votes online in the 2025 Philippine National Elections. This landmark initiative by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) aims to provide a more accessible, convenient, and secure voting process for Filipinos living abroad.
The official enrollment link for the internet voting system is now live. Eligible voters can enroll from March 20, 2025, until May 7, 2025.

To enroll, you must first ensure you are a registered overseas voter. You can verify your registration status through the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) provided by your respective Philippine Embassy or Consulate:

How to enroll for online voting:
Step 1: Access the official enrollment form via the following link: COMELEC Internet Voting Enrollment Form
Fill out the form by providing:
- A valid Government ID (Philippine Passport, Seaman’s Book, PhilSys ID, IBP, or Driver’s License)
- A secure password (at least 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters)
- Your Mobile Number or Email Address for verification
Embassy location and country of residence
Tick the consent box and then click “Enroll.”
Step 2: Verify your enrollment through an OTP (One-Time Password), a 6-digit number sent to your registered email or mobile number.
Step 3: Complete identity verification by scanning your government-issued ID and taking a selfie. Follow the provided guidelines carefully: good lighting and clear positioning are essential. A green border indicates the photo is acceptable.
After successful verification, your enrollment will be confirmed, allowing you to log back in and participate in a pre-voting test.

Enrollment Period: March 20 – May 7, 2025
Online Voting Period: April 13 – May 12, 2025 (Philippine Standard Time)
Voters can cast votes for Senators and one Party-List organization or coalition using any internet-enabled device.
