Century Properties Group, along with its first-home brand PHirst, is set to reward Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo with a new house and lot. According to the company’s statement, Yulo will receive a single-attached home with a floor area of 70 square meters on a 136-square-meter corner lot.
The property, valued at PHP 6 million, will feature spacious dining, kitchen, and living areas, along with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lot will also include space for two cars, with the home slated for completion by 2025.
This isn’t the first time Century Properties has recognized Filipino Olympic excellence; they awarded a house and lot to the Philippines’ first Olympic gold medalist, weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz, back in 2021.
Yulo, who has made history as the first Filipino to win multiple medals in a single Olympics, has also been gifted a fully-furnished three-bedroom condo unit worth PHP 32 million and an additional PHP 3 million from Megaworld. Furthermore, he is expected to receive another house and lot from the Philippine Olympic Committee.
